Q, How are your parcels sent?A, We use royal mail recored or special delivery, so all parcels will need signing for.
Q, How soon after I make a purchase will my order arrive?
A, Your items should normally be dispatched within 1-2 workings days after cleared funds have been received,
with most items going out the same working day.
Delivery by Royal mail is then normally 3-5 days for recorded items and next working day for special items.
Q, I need my tiara very soon,can you help me?
A, Yes, all tiaras can be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 2pm,
but you will need to e-mail first and delivery most be by special delivery.
Q, I am worried about my wedding or prom tiara getting damaged in the post?
A, We take a lot of care packing our items, to insure that they will not get damaged.
Using a brand new box and plenty of packing paper for every order.
If you parcel was to be damaged on arrival,then you MUST write damaged when signing for you parcel.
Q, Do you ship internationally?
A, No, I`m afraid we only post to the UK at present.
